APRIL UPDATE:
While it's been a little quiet here, rest assured that the Blood Work continues. We're keeping our noses to the grindstone, editing the next book! Everyday we're working on it, inching closer to the finish line!
We set a goal last month of getting to page 150 of the 424 page manuscript by April 1st. We managed to hit page 180, exceeding our goal by far! We've managed to edit at least a page every day in April!
As of April 12th, we're currently sitting at page 249, over halfway done with this redraft/edit! We haven't let up and have been pushing ourselves hard. By May 1st we hope to be over page 310, making that our goal.
So far everything looks pretty good and we're happy with the story. Mostly we're fine tuning the writing, the pacing, and refining the character voices and moments.
This book is gonna be good!
